Tethering Guide

As long as there has been a need to keep handy pens, pencils, keys other widgets of every dimension there has been a need to keep from disappearing. And for those many generations there has also been every conceivable manner of "tethering" things to equipment, counter, retail display, wall, etc. If you are reading this, chances are you are faced with a similar challenge. Hopefully you will find these pages a help, if not some of the products that they reference. In designing a tethering "solution", there are a number of key factors to consider, each of which we will address below:
Tether Length - while this may seem to be a simple option, it is actually one that should receive a fair amount of thought. How far a given tether can reach has an impact on the usability of the item that it secures. It is always a good idea to test your environment using a piece of string before making a final decision.
